The hotel has very spacious rooms, its a home away from home. I was very happy with the amenities and the location and the staff were so friendly and helpful, I would highly recommend the hotel.

AMAZING location, loved the fitness facility, loved the espresso machine in the common area and loved the Nespresso machine in my room! The bed was SUPER comfortable and the room was small but cozy. I also loved that the elevators were SUPER FAST and efficient - a small but important detail for someone who travels often. Shower got hot immediately and had decent pressure, and the toiletries provided were good quality. And for being in the heart of downtown, it was so quiet in the room! Very easy to sleep. The hotel has a very European vibe, right down to the fabulous British pub downstairs! The hallway layout is actually identical to a recent stay I had in Edinburgh, very quirky and fun.

Best location, walkable distance to the Bean (cloud gate). If this is the choice for Chicago marathon stay, you can walk to the start line at Grant Park from here. Close to subway station (blue line), where you can take directly to O’Hare airport. Size of the room is acceptable (not too small)

Location is very good, check in process, a good pub next door, staff (mainly reception) very kind and efficient, comfortable bed, quiet, nice room size and bathroom. Very close to the subway station taking you directly into the airport.
